A US-based company was searching for a line of mobile water purification plants on the Czech market for export into North and South Americas. We got involved when they needed to evaluate the products of three different manufacturers they found. We translated maintenance and operating manuals for all three manufacturers and then continued working on all documentation of the selected one. Some of that manufacturer‘s documents were already translated into English, but our clients could not understand much from them and they would only cause confusion and embarrassment if used for the end users. Over the course of three years, we have translated, edited and localised hundreds of thousands of words, bringing all the documentation up to a standard expected by the American customers.
